Besides the physical benefits of barre, students gain body awareness in alignment, develop a strong mind body connection, enhance their inner confidence, and strengthen their functional movement patterns for everyday living.
Jaymie leads her life with a healthy mind and active lifestyle and believes that integrating environmental, nutritional, emotional, and spiritual components to ones self, are the keys to living a balanced life. Jaymie holds a IBBFA Level I & II and Pre/Post Natal Certifications as well is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist with a specialty in Sport & Fitness and Advocates with Beautycounter. As the owner of Barre Lab her focus is to ‘build community over competition’ with hopes of inspiring others to look and feel their best!
